وذلك في قاعة الثريا للاحتفالات وسط مدينة بريدة مساء الجمعة الموافق 24 / 5 / 1437هـ وسط حشد هائل امتت به جنبات قاعة مغارة الجوري حيث كان الاجتماع ومن بعدها قاعة الثريا
