والذي تنظمه " لجنة التنمية الاجتماعي بالضاحي " في حديقة الشروق بالضاحي
بحضور عمدة حي الضاحي ورئيس اللجنة الأستاذ / خلف بن دخيل العنزي وأمين الصندوق الاستاذ / فهد بن عبدالعزيز الخفاجي ومدير الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالضاحي وعضو اللجنة الأستاذ/ هادي بن مهدي العنزي ومدير لجنة التنمية بالضاحي الأستاذ / عبدالله بن عثمان القني
وتخللها العديد من الفعاليات منها :
- تكريم إدارة احتفالية عيدنا في حينا
- مسابقات حركية وثقافية
