أول شي العجينة (( بر الوطنية الطبيعي )) صافي وغير مخلوط ....

ثم (( نشونض )) :confused: يعني نقطع العجينة على شكل دوائر صغيرة ونغطيها بقطعة قماش مبللة ونخليها لمة ساعة أقل شيء :

الآن وصلنا إلى المرحلة قبل الأخيرة وهي التكشين ومن الممكن الإستعاضة عنها بحليب وعسل وممكن (( مرق حمام :a9: )) وممكن نأكلها على الشاهي بعد كذا وبدون شي المهم المرة هذي شوفو معي اللي باللي مرق الطماطم والبصل :
